ABOUT CH LIMONERO DOÑA PEPA

Located in quiet community of Conjunto Ronda, just around the corner from a couple of local bars and restaurants, and under a 10 minute walk to the main street of Ciudad Quesada.

The property itself is built on 2 levels, inside on the ground floor you'll find a comfortable living room with ample seating area, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet with walk-in shower. On the upper floor you'll find a further 2 bedrooms with their own private balcony, 1 with a double and the other with 2 singles, and a large bathroom with corner bath tub. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the lounge area.

On the exterior, to the front of the property there is a driveway for off-road parking and a conservatory which is best used in the winter, and to the back of the property there is a outdoor table and chairs with a bbq.

The community pool is just 25 metres away. A lovely choice for the family vacation.
