Very disappointing stay for the priceFor what we paid for this Vrbo, the experience was extremely disappointing. The thermostat was locked and controlled by the owner, and the temperature was kept at nearly 80 degrees, which made it very uncomfortable and resulted in a poor night’s sleep.What made the situation worse was that we were unable to contact the owner directly and had to communicate through the management company. After multiple messages and phone calls, the issue was finally addressed—but the air conditioning wasn’t fixed until the second night, just as we were heading to bed.When you spend this much money on a two-night stay, having basic control over the temperature and being able to get a timely response to a legitimate comfort issue should be expected. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and delayed resolution significantly impacted our stay. I would expect better for the price.I messaged my concerns but have yet to hear back from the company.
