Welcome to Lakeview Lookout @ Prairie Creek! Enjoy birds eye lake views, plush furnishings & being the closest home to Prairie Creek Marina . Spend your days on Beaver Lake enjoying swimming, boating & fishing. Then spend your evenings relaxing on 3 decks, grilling on the charcoal grill, playing in the game room, and watching the flames of the propane fire pit overlooking the views of the water! We offer boat parking for those coming for the lake and easy access to boat ramps and restaurants!

First, you'll enter through the main door off the deck which will be the first you come to and has a smart lock for access. As you enter, you're greeted with vaulted ceilings that take your eyes straight up to the game room balcony and over to the floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in loads of natural light and are the gateway to endless views of Beaver Lake. These windows are just one great aspect of the large living room that features a sectional sofa, large smart TV, twin leather chairs, gas fireplace, and more! Directly off of the living room you can access the upper deck through the sliding glass door. On the upper deck you'll enjoy relaxing on cushioned patio furniture, watching the fire burn from the propane firepit, or eating a meal on the high top patio table.

Coming back inside and gravitating towards the kitchen, we first come upon the coffee/wine bar which is stocked with coffee, tea and hot cocoa supplies to get you started for your stay. We've also got wine glasses here for you and it's the perfect spot to setup your wine bar for the weekend.

From here we pass the dining area where there's a large 8 seater dining table that'll accommodate the entire group. This leads us into the fully stocked kitchen! This kitchen is one of many rooms in the house that's had a full renovation including new countertops, painted cabinets, brand new appliances and fixtures. It's absolutely stunning! You're sure to enjoy cooking in this kitchen.

Before we head upstairs, don't forget that there's a half bathroom and access to the garage from this main level. The garage can hold 1 vehicle for sure and maybe a second if it's small. We have a secondary fridge in the garage if you need extra fridge space.

Now as we head upstairs, you'll enjoy the open concept game room that overlooks the living room/dining/kitchen area below and also has the highest birds eye view of Beaver Lake than anywhere in the house! Enjoy a game of foosball, shuffleboard or ring toss all while not feeling disconnected from the rest of the group.

While we're still on the top floor, you'll find bedroom #2 with a plush queen size bed, smart TV for streaming from your own accounts, luggage rack and a full bathroom accessible from the hallway.

From the top floor, we're going to go back down to the main floor and then down one floor from there. On this floor you'll find the primary suite taking up the entire floor! Step into the primary suite and you'll find a bedroom that goes from one side of the home to the other. We've got a king size bed in here and it almost looks small. Enjoy a smart TV for streaming, a chaise lounge for reading or just relaxing, a designated work space, and a sliding glass door leading out to your own private deck and bistro set overlooking the endless views of Beaver Lake! There is a fireplace in the primary suite but sadly it's inoperable so you'll just have to pretend it's there for ambiance. Continue around the corner to double french doors into the primary bathroom. Here you can enjoy a huge walk in shower, large soaking tub, dual vanities, and a makeup area.

As we leave the primary suite we continue downstairs to the lower level. Here you'll find a full size laundry room that doubles as a partial kitchenette. We have a microwave, Keurig and sink if you want to save some steps upstairs.

Across from the laundry room is bedroom #3 with two twinXL beds, smart TV for streaming and access to bedroom #4 if you prefer it. This access is easily shut off for privacy with a door that separates them. Bedroom #4 is primarily accessed from the hallway and has a cozy queen size bed, smart TV for streaming and direct access to a full bathroom that's shared with bedroom #3. Lastly, the lower deck has exclusive access from bedroom #4 via sliding glass doors. Even the lower deck has beautiful views of Beaver Lake!

* Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 car garage minus 1 locked closet.

* We have boat parking available that is located on the "upper" driveway and is shared by the community. Please don't block any portion of the driveway or garages for our neighbors.

* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

* We are one a townhome that's connected to another townhome. When you arrive, we're the unit on the left (north side)

* We're located in the Prairie Creek community area along the shores of Beaver Lake! Our home is the closest home to Prairie Creek Marina and Recreational Area making it extremely convenient for boaters and fishermen. Our community has some great local eateries and fun recreation!

* We have parking for about 4 vehicles depending on size. We have a 2 car garage that has space for 1 vehicle for sure (possibly a smaller second vehicle). If you are ok blocking in few vehicles of your group then you can get 4 in the driveway. Please do not block the neighbors garage or driveway space.

* Additional overflow/boat parking is available on the upper driveway closer to the road. This is a community parking area.

* We are a walking friendly home being located next to Prairie Creek Marina. We highly recommend taking a walk through the Prairie Creek park area and enjoy the wildlife, lake views and even grab a bite to eat at the marina restaurant if it's open when you're here.

* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
