Great Place to Stay

This was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, very quiet, clean house, great communication. We had 4 adults and there was more than enough space for all of us. Far enough from the city to feel like you’re getting away, but close enough if you want to spend time there. You will not be disappointed with this place.

Sunsets did not disappoint!

Quiet neighborhood with an unobstructed view of the lake. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Large deck, serenaded by cardinals and Carolina wrens. Mark is a responsive and hospitable host.

Fantastic stay!

We came to the area to drive the Arkansas dragon and the pig trail. House was exactly where we needed to be. Perfect location, neat and clean, comfortable beds and living area. Host suggested restaurants in area. Complete kitchen for us to use. We very much enjoyed our extended weekend. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home, great location!

This is a lovely home with all the amenities. It provides a beautiful lake view from the porch and is an easy drive to restaurants in Rogers and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville....a must see! Mark responded promptly to questions and was helpful throughout the rental process. I highly recommend this rental for an enjoyable stay in the Rogers/Beaver Lake area.

Such a great house with an amazing view! The deck is huge, it was quite cold during our stay but having the sun room meant we could still enjoy the scenery. The house was very clean and has so much room, the kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. Great communication from the host throughout the process. Just Wonderful

The house was just great! Clean and everything you would need. The view of the lake from the deck was just breath taking. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the early morning and evenings. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors would always wave when we went by. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We want to plan another trip again some time. 5 stars all the way!!

Beyond Expectations

The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. The owners are friendly and very responsive, we locked ourselves out and they had us back in within minutes. Everything was clean, welcoming and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture and no unreasonable cleaning asks like some VRBO's. Just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. The best part of the house is the 4 seasons room and the view of the lake. The perfect place to have your coffee or a cocktail. My only complaint is the driveway but it's not that big of a deal.
