"The double room that we booked did not seem to fill a double room. It was too smaller than I was suspected. I had to upgrade it when I got there, sink was clocked. Hand soap was empty throughout the whole time we were there. Paper towels was empty price wise was reasonable."

I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."
