"The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. "Good sized room (classic double) although bathroom will be too much on the cosy side for some. Friendly staff, hotel was very clean everywhere and the breakfast was good and bar area was nice. Only issue we had was the paper thin walls between rooms. We were watching tv at a reasonable volume around 10.30pm and had the room next door banging on the wall. We thought they were being a bit unreasonable but as we went to sleep, realised we could hear the person in the other adjacent room snoring as if he were in ours. Might only be a certain number of rooms like this, but we were in Room 128 if you’re reading this, hotel manager!"
