“New listing” Fully Renovated Beachfront+ Pet Friendly + Guest House

  • Welcome to the ‘Comfort Zone’—a beachfront, pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath main home with a guest house with a small full bath, loft, pull out sofa and kitchenette in the heart of the Outer Banks. Situated in a National Park, the house has expansive wrap around decks. Ocean views from nearly every room- 2 bedrooms ( one bedroom with own Juliet oceanfront balcony), bathroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Comfort Zone is created as a home and not a rental property. In fact it was our vacation home where we have entertained many guests. With the complete renovation of the home completed, this is our first year renting. Pet friendly. Hatteras Island is filled with opportunities for outdoor activities, water sports, day trips and local artists.
    Gathering around the fire pit in the back yard and make memories.Plenty of space to park up to 4 cars or a boat.
