「Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig, das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber geputzt, während des Aufenthaltes so lala. Es lag 2 Tage lang ein abgerissenes Stück des Putzlappens in der Dusche und der Deckel des Bidet staubte vor sich hin. Das Essen war ok, dürfte am Abend für das Geld aber etwas mehr sein. Geärgert hat uns dass wir vor der Buchung wegen des Balkones nicht aufgepasst hatten. Es war leider keiner, eher ein Erker mit einem halben Meter Wäscheseil. Sowas sollte nicht als Balkon...

「Todo genial, la habitación muy limpia y en orden con una mini nevera , el personal en recepción muy atento y amable , el restaurante mexicano una delicia y muy cerca de las playas de San José, a 6mn en coche, todo un acierto en calidad precio.」

「awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up.」

「Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. 」

「Very nice, affordable place. Easy entry, Helpful remote staff. Good proximity to harbor. Everything you need. New appliances, good heat/AC. Good bed.Didn’t watch TV but seemed to work well. Good water pressure. Only improvement: hot water was not super hot and did not last very long - not enough for 2 showers. Upstairs units had great ocean views. 」

「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」
