"Arrived after 10, door closed, sign on door said to use automatic checkin machine, but it did not work, no staff visible. Finally found staff & checked in. Also, a lot of noise from other patrons. Not sure if I should have closed my window better, or the noise coming into our room was due to a gap between the door and the frame, letting noise in. Otherwise a simple, efficient, convenient option."
