"I unsure why this hotel had poor reviews, I can assume it’s because it was under construction but that should be known before booking. The hotel was clean, renovated, nicely styled. The staff was SO friendly. Do not skip this hotel if you want a place to stay that’s appealing.. mid-city & not crazy high end with crazy high end prices"

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to find, and parking was also very convenient. Hot water, coffee, and tea are available 24/7, along with some simple snacks, which was a nice touch. The highlight of our stay was definitely the mattress. They were incredibly comfortable. The only small issue was that our room was on the first floor with a window facing the parking lot, and the curtains didn’t close completely. I had to use a clip to keep them fully closed. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay."

"Clean room, one staff gave bad information sending us to wrong building and not advising the lack of elevator, but another staff corrected the mistake by getting us a first floor room. No TV. Worn carpet in hallway. Bathroom and shower was cramped. Quiet room. Dining nearby was not only expensive, but very mediocre quality."
