Spacious Lakefront Duplex for Groups

  • Escape to our massive waterfront duplex on the Lake of the Ozarks, perfect for groups up to 20! This unique property combines two full homes, offering 6 bedrooms, and multiple decks in a quiet cove. Enjoy two kitchens, two living rooms, a fire pit, and stunning lake views. It's the ultimate retreat for large families and friends seeking both space and togetherness.

    Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
    We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
    If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
    Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
    We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
    Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
    An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Sweet Getaway!

The property was setup perfectly for our blended family 😉 The patio was great to get together with everyone and extra privacy with the two separate apartments.

Amazing property!!

This property is awesome! Super clean and spacious! We loved the covered porch and upper sunbathing deck. We were able to walk out to the dock and hop in the lake. Jeff was an amazing host, any questions we had about the area he was quick to respond and offered help throughout our stay. I highly recommend him and his property-you will not be disappointed!

Early Thanksgiving

We had a family aThanksgiving hear. Was perfect! To living areas to help separate us but all together for family! Huge screened in deck perfect for poker lol! Right on the lake with a dock for your boat. Loved it definitely would do it again.

Relaxing and refreshing stay

Our family enjoyed all the space this home has to offer. We spent much of our time in large screened in patio or floating and fishing off the dock. Our children loved having plenty of their own space! Overall it was a great location, away from the hustle and bustle. The home is pet friendly, which was great, however there are no green spaces on the property, so walking for each "potty" break is a must. Also, the home could use a little TLC (reattach hand rails/ repair broken deck railing/ replace carpet), but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our stay.

Great Stay for Families who Love the Lake Life

Location, bedroom and kitchen set up was great for 12 adults and one baby! Enjoyed floating and fishing by the dock and rented a pontoon to enjoy the lake. It would have been nice to have more towels especially beach towels. The overhead fan/light didn’t work in the porch on the one side. The porch roof leaks and the water pressure was not the best on the one side, and the hot water kept fluctuating.

Weekend Stay

One of the bathroom doors was broke in half laying in the front yard when we showed up, there was no hot water for showers after the first day, and barely any water pressure in the showers. The was a Lilly pad pictured in the listing photos so was upsetting to find out there wasn't one

Bach/Bachelorette

The house was nice and clean. All the updates were nice. The carpet was stained and needs replaced. The kitchen counters need replaced but overall very nice. The cove was nice but it collected a lot of lake trash. Couldnt swim in it sat. Too full of trash. Very disappointed in that. But the house and location was nice. Dont think i would stay there again. Not because of the house but the trash that collected in the cove.

Not as expected

The best thing about this place was the screened deck on the back of the duplex. The rest of the duplex needs some work! * poor water pressure (some days shower would not run) * hot water not consistent * broken sliding door handle when arrived (fixed on day 3 of stay) * trash dumpster was overflowing upon arrival * bathroom door blocked by washing machine that moved when used ( door was blocked for 2 days and then cut down so we didn't use bathroom for 3 days) * counter top on side B peeling so we didn't use the kitchen because of that * 1 smoke detector in whole duplex * nails and screws protruding on dock that we fixed because we had small children * mice on screened porch (ate into tupperware with food) * grill had to be fixed before could be used * neither icemaker works properly on refrigerators (1 drops ice randomly and the other one neither the ice or water work at all)These are the main issues we had and took away from our family vacation because we had to keep dealing with them. This duplex definitely needs some work!

Great stay; last minute booking fantastic

Last minute reservation. Clean and updated throughout. I bit confusing in that this is a duplex but I thought it was a home. No issues as we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect lake life family home

We couldn’t have asked for more! Great place to get the family away with many options of things to do in and around the area. Very quiet and pretty location to lounge and relax! Huge master bedroom and fun and cozy living room/kitchen area! Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute getaway

We booked this property at the last minute, and it was perfect! The location is unbeatable on the water, close to so much on that end of the lake. Quiet neighborhood and the screened in porch was a huge plus during the evening. We would stay here again!
