Cottage in the pines was just what we were looking for. Accommodations were comfortable and well maintained and suitable for multi- generational family stay.

The host was pleasant! The rules of the stay and instructions for checking in, checking out, and how to get there was spot on amazingly simple! The coffee bar will have you sipping hot coffee or tea outside under the stars or lights! If you like trains or want to be close to one but safe this is your place! Fantastic stay! If available we will definitely be staying again!

The reason for our trip was to attend my Mom's funeral. Five of us traveled together and we didn't want to stay in a hotel as it would separate us at a time we needed to be together. I found the Cottage in the pines via VRBO. When we turned into the gravel drive and saw the lighted outside lights, I felt peace settle over me. The cottage was just what me and my family needed. We could all be together or we could go to a bedroom but still be together. Everything was just perfect. I want to come back again.
