Everything about staying at washington inn was terrible, but the staff and their horrible customer service skills stood out the most. The night clerk at least tries, but the girls during the day beat all.. On top of being cold and unfriendly, they inforce rules that are designed to absorb your deposit. Onehand towel that was simply used to wipe up coffee on the side table cost me $20. The room was left spotless. I could go on and on but find somewhere else to stay. Ants are everywhere in the rooms also. I woke up and they were crawling all over me.
