The Chandler Inn Bethlehem - Littleton, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This is really the very best hotel option in the North country. Most if not all (and I’ve stayed in all of them from Lancaster to Colebrook) fall into old school motels. The facility is less than ten years old sand had the feel of a Hampton Inn, ie kitchenette, modern beds and lighting with mini living rooms. The breakfast even has a yogurt machine. Couldn’t recommend it enough especially at the price point vs the competitors. "
"The cabin/townhouse was very new and very clean. Theupstair bedroom, while very large was missing some essential furniture: night stands, a chair, etc ... pretty spartan. Although we didn't do any meal prep, while trying to serve take out, we noticed there was very little in the way of kitchen utensils. Parkin wasn't immediately at the unit, there was a walk from a lot (shorter or longer depending on where parked.) Unit was convenient to Franconia Notch SP from north . . . just down the road from a good-looking brewery. I'd consider revisiting if in the area again."
"Have visited this area more times that I can count over the years but was un-aware of this property. Just off the highway for easy access. A number of accommodation configurations. We stayed in an updated, two bedroom cabin. Clean and well equipped. Pretty setting on a pond. Minutes from down town Bethlehem (grocery, restaurants etc). Friendly, helpful on site staff. "
