"My family enjoyed another annual vacation in this beautiful home. Dan the owner is the best! The views and yard are stunning! The picnic over looking the bluffs is my favorite spot to sit and drink my coffee in the mornings. We were sad to have to leave as always and already looking forward to next years vacation. Wish we could come more! It is our home away from home at this point. Angel Hill"

"Excellent location, very large bed (seems bigger than a California king), comfortable king size pull out couch, bright and inviting. The only thing I would let future guests know is there isn’t an oven; and there isn’t a stove. There is a plug in electric stove to cook on, a microwave, a toaster oven, a sink, a mini fridge, and a dishwasher. So you can get by, but don’t try to cook anything complicated. Overall a fantastic studio."

"Great location just a short walk from the beach with ocean views from the living area. The property has a beautiful garden and tasteful decor in the unit. The bed and linens in the main bedroom were very comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves and get a lovely breeze with windows open. We would definitely stay again!"

"There were 3 older adults, one on a walker. The listing said beach access… yes… but not for a walker or wheelchair person or a person with knee problems. The hot tub had sand/dirt settled in all seats and started turning cloudy/green the second day. One of our party was very sad about that. The beds were very comfortable, loved all the ocean view large windows with shade covers. We never got the”key” box to open so we finally got the hang of the lock on the door. The one door going from sun room to picnic table wouldn’t open, which wasn’t a big deal as we had the whole beautiful home to enjoy. We would definitely choose this home again but get better info on finding a beach that is wheelchair/walker accessible. The grass walking to the hot tub was quite tall making us unsure of our footing…(we are all close to 70 years young). Where we are from Texas) snakes are abundant and make us Leary of walking in taller grass."

"This is a wonderful house. We had 7 adults and 5 grandkids and were all very comfortable in such a large house. The view is stunning, the walk to the beach is very short and the trail that the grands could ride bikes on a bonus. We did have some questions when we arrived that were responded to promptly and courtesly. The only disappointment was that there was no garage access. You will note the photos of the property crop out the three car garage, we wee informed in the check in message it was not available for guest use. We were not concerned about vehicle parking but we had over 13K in bicycles that we didn’t want to leave out in the salt air. We managed the put a few in the laundry room. Overall the house was clean, well stocked except for a shortage of dishwasher soap, comfortable and made for an enjoyable stay for our family. We hope to return sometime and do it again."

"I have been renting vacation rentals in Cleone since 1980 and without a doubt this was -- the best place I've stayed at in all those years. The location was spectacular. Unlike most rentals which were prefab homes often poorly maintained this home was solidly built, well maintained and beautifully furnished. The backyard was also lovely. And lastly, my bed was the most comfortable one I can remember having in any rental or hotel I've stayed. My only complaint is that I'm now spoiled to stay anywhere else."
