OFF-SEASON PRICING: In order to make some of our larger properties more attractive to smaller groups in the Off-Season, we've created a Custom Pricing Option. Pricing for rentals that occur in the advertised Off Season (mid-September through mid-June) for this property are based on 4 people. Additional people, up to the maximum allowed for the property, will be charged an additional $200 per person - per week if a rental occurs in these time-periods. Guest must select this option during the reservation process, but can get added on before final payments are due.

Situated at the head of Rockport Harbor, this property is conveniently located to all that Camden/Rockport area has to offer. Small and beautiful Rockport is on the west side of Penobscot Bay, between Rockland and Camden.  You can talk to the lobster monger, the lobstermen, watch them in action, and even buy lobster right from the dock. Launch a kayak from your private dock and paddle the harbor, keeping a watchful eye out for harbor seals. Nearby walks take you past Aldermere Farm and the famous banded cows via the Lily Pond trail through to Camden’s Chestnut historic district. Walk to the village for coffee at Sea Folk, gelato at Freya's or upscale dining at Nina Junor or 18 Central.
