Summary:

Welcome to Copano Hooked! A gorgeous four bedroom, two and a half bath home overlooking Copano Bay with a private lighted pier with bench seating, and a lighted fish cleaning station. 2 adult kayaks, 1 smaller kayak, and 2 SUPs are all included for your enjoyment. You will be treated to the most amazing views of Copano Bay from this home. The massive patio has two picnic tables, two charcoal grills, a corn hole game, plenty of extra seating and, of course, water views!



The Space:

The half bath is downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs is the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen areas with views of Copano Bay. Full of understated and elegant seaside decor, you'll feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The living area has ample and comfortable seating. The dining room is filled with natural light and the dining table seats eight. The well appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a meal or a pitcher of margaritas. The beautiful kitchen island provides extra prep space and has additional seating for four. Down the hall to the right of the kitchen are the first two bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the first bathroom at the end of the hall. Down the hall to the left of the kitchen are the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a 3 sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and the fourth bedroom has a King bed. These bedrooms share the second bathroom at the end of the hall. There is one addional full bath.
