"We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Tradewinds Motel in Rockaway Beach! If you are looking for fancy and exclusive...look elsewhere. If you are looking for an incredible location (steps from the beach), clean rooms and linens, handy room amenities such as a stove/oven, microwave and mini-fridge, knowledgeable and friendly staff (Front Desk especially) AND won't break the budget..... Tradewinds Motel is for you! We will definately be back! Thanks for the great get-away!"

"Jans condo had everything we needed and more for our senior friends' trip. We especially appreciated having both a drip coffee maker and a K-Cup machine, as well as the folding chairs for the beach. The fantastic beach front view and the two ice cream shops across the street made the stay even better."

"We had the BEST week of family time! Our group was generations in just four people and we were all comfortable and happy at this property. I love to cook and the kitchen had just about everything I needed. My husband and daughter took our dog to the beach so she could run with reckless abandon everyday. My Mom had brought puzzles and games and we all had fun with those. The views are spectacular and the beach goes on for miles. There is a lot of common space for everyone to be together and do their own things at the same time if the want. We spent a lot of time at the large dining room table playing games and doing puzzles. I perfected my artful fire construction in the wood burning fireplace which made for wonderfully cozy evenings in the open living and dining room area.The upstairs main suite is the absolute best - so prepare to fight over who gets to sleep there! My husband and I loved the large bathroom and comfortable king sized bed. The sitting area with very comfortable chairs and a small TV was a great bonus. All in all it was a fabulous Spring Break for our little family of four - my Mom was able to navigate the house and grounds with no issue; our teenager had a blast and shed her usual teen angst to hang with the fam; and my husband and I got to walk on the beach and watch a little TV and read on our own in the main suite sitting room.We all can’t wait to return - hopefully next year!!
