    Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station is conveniently located near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!

    Please note: there are 22 stairs from the garage level to the condo.

This was our second stay. Hope to stay again. Good location. Good amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Well supplied with necessities. I apologize I forgot to start the dishwasher on the day we departed. But did get laundry started.

Clean and well supplied with an ocean view. We loved the location, reasonably close to other coastal towns, without being in the chaos of town. Great access to the beach. Communication with the owner was great.

We had a wonderful time. Condo very nice but we do have a suggestion. Some kind of curtain or shade for the front room window Hopefully your elevator gets repaired soon
