Cutest place to stay along the beach! The walk to Twin Rocks and having our own little “private beach” was amazing!

Clean, cozy, cute, and close to the beach! It was a wonderful place for my spouse, small child, and me. Note: amenities are MINIMAL and there is NO LAUNDRY facility on site. Bring your own kitchenware and spices, especially if you plan to cook here for more than one person. For example, there were only two forks and one small frying pan.

Perfect location. Quiet yet close to town with a great view of the ocean. Nice and clean, with all the essentials, and a super comfortable bed. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Alright but needs some up keep

Overall would be a great space, but floor were very very dirty upon arrival and the bathroom sink very clogged. The bath fan needs replacing as it sound like a prop plane. Other than those things the place was nice. The view was pleasant.

Awesome Deck!

Couldn't ask for a better location than staring out the back to the ocean. Cute place. Make sure you bring what you need. It has bare essentials. Could of used a cutting board, but all in all a lovely stay. Close to anything you possibly want. Pizza at Fornax in Garibaldi was super super Awesomeness!!

Nice Stay

We had such a fantastic time during our stay! We pulled out the hide-a-bed to enjoy some movie nights, and we slept like a dream in the super comfy king-size bed. Plus, checking out was a total breeze!

A lovely beach adjacent stay

I wanted a little work trip while watching the ocean. This fit the bill and was very nice. There was a path down to the beach for walking and watching the sunset.

Great Getaway

The unit was great....the location was very convenient & being on the upper floor with the deck was nice. The only complaint I have is the limited kitchen essentials....a colander, large spoons, a few more bowls or serving dishes would have been great. There were only two of us, and we made do with what was there, but a group of four would not have enough

Adorable, comfy, condo

Loved this place. Perfect to hang your hat and stroll the beach, or wander into town. We were stoked there was a view of the ocean from the living room. The place was clean, stocked with all the necessities, and was updated/furnished well. The property manager reached out to make sure we could get in touch if we needed anything and seemed very responsive. We would definitely go back!

Missing Key Kitchen Items, Blocked Parking on Arrival

While the location was really nice, there were a few things that leave something to be desired. When I arrived at the checkin time (a couple of minutes past 4pm) the property manager's car was blocking access to the parking my designated parking space, and I was unsure where to find the manager. I took a picture of this denied access. I temporarily parked in another spot so that I could unload my luggage, only to find that my room was still be cleaned up and had to wait for access. The manager did move her car when I found her. The kitchen lacked several key items that I would expect: Dish soap, knives and a cutting board. I was frankly appalled that previous renters lacking a cutting board used the counter tops as a cutting board. I took pictures early in the morning showing this. I wanted to help out with the dishes, but only had a pump hand soap.

Love this place

We’ve been coming hear since it was called Ocean locomotion many years ago. Nice to see all the renovations & be here for the beach and sunsets. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice place! The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. Our place had nice views of the ocean. Long wide beach. Great for dogs! Will go back.

Quiet and clean

Clean, quiet, studio-type apartment (master bedroom is mostly enclosed.) Super-comfortable bed, small shower. Appropriate for a brief stay for a couple or single on the go. Not a lot of kitchen gear. No books or games, but nice outdoor deck. Best part is the lovely lonely beach at Twin Rocks just steps away.

Rockaway stay

We had a lovely time. The apartment was quiet and very clean and the ocean was a short walk away. One thing I remember is there wasn’t a cutting board in the kitchen. Maybe the management can get one for the unit.

Nice location and amenities

Overall everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that someone from the last party plugged the toilet up and we had to do a minor get the toilet working again.
