This cottage, at 37 Seneca Street in Dresden, is truly lakefront, with a lawn down to a pebbly beach and a dock. 「We had the most amazing time staying at this little cabin. The attention to detail put in to every room, instantly heightened the experience. 「Enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we were able to walk around the neighborhood and to the business area where we enjoyed a couple of the local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes in each bathroom. Very convenient to local wineries and breweries and the local state parks. 「It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.」

The location is perfect as you are minutes from Keuka lake, Keuka state park, and various wineries & breweries. The house has everything you need for accommodations while also having a nice fenced in yard (perfect for dogs) with a fire pit. We will absolutely book again!」
