"TV had disconnected from cable/internet. Desk clerk was responsive, came to our room and rebooted it. We thought there was something wrong with the refrigerator. Turns out there were two fridges in the room. One was deliberately disconnected from power with no note on it that it was intentionally inoperative. The other worked fine. Why not remove the non working unit? There is only one small elevator. If you are on a high floor service is slow. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room did not have any outside noise from other rooms or from the nearby freeway."
