"Delightful, walkable neighborhood-Sat farmers market, many restaurants and shops. Home exterior needs some TLC, I had to clean front porch, but nice to have screened area. Interior was nicely updated and clean with plenty of supplies. Large laundry. Bedrooms and bath are upstairs and were comfortable and roomy. I suggest replacing Living Room seating - couch springs broken so could not use. And side chairs well worn, not comfy.Wifi/Roku good. RoomAC units helped with humidity. "
