The inside was clean and beds were decently comfortable. The building was super run down and when we first arrived at night, I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to get out of the car. Wasn’t in a great location. Neighbor next door also smokes weed most of the day and you can smell it in the apartment. The dishwasher was also super gross and had a horrible smell to it. We didn’t want to open it up to out dishes in it, it was so bad. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend but we were in town for a tournament and it was nice having more space than one hotel room

The condo was clean. It had everything we needed. It's located and a bad neighborhood and the smell of marijuana from the neighbor was EXTREMELY overwhelming. We will not stay again because of the location and smell. We could tell the owner did everything possible to cover the smell with air purifiers and air freshers throughout condo. It did not help.

This was perfect for our stay! Clean, comfortable and in an awesome location!! We were in town for Winthrop orientation (literally 5 min away) and Cherry Road has EVERYTHING you might need on your stay. Carowinds is only 20 mins away and the Rock Hill Diner is definitely a must. We plan to rebook as often as we can when coming to visit!!

Great value: Convenient and comfortable

Location is convenient to campus and river activities. Comfy beds, great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Excellent and thoughtful communication from host! Neighbors are quiet. Reccommend Ebinport Rd entrance.

Clean place

Inside of renovated condo was nice and clean. Beds super comfy and hosts very responsive and helpful. However, not best neighborhood. If pictures of complex would have been included, probably would have chosen different property. TV situation is all your own apps and we wish it would have been communicated more clearly prior to booking.

This is not a house. It is an apartment.

This property is an older apartment complex that is not well taken care of on the outside. We didnt feel safe especially walking to the unit at night. On a good note the inside of the apartment was very nice and looked newly renovated.

Great condo in Charlotte suburbs

My husband and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a wedding. The check-in process was very smooth and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was very comfortable and there were a lot of food options nearby. We really appreciated the guest book the host left with recommendations for food and nearby attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Beautiful Area

We rented to attend a wedding in nearby Edgemoore. We arrived later at night and access to the property was simple and easy. We lost power at one point but the communication between host and renters was fast and very helpful. There is stuff to do around but we traveled little farther for more choices
