「The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. 」

「Great little vacay to Charlotte with my teenage son. Went to a concert, shopped and love finding secret dives/local hot spots/gems/restaurants in any city we visit! Our VRBO super cute and quaint in a great neighborhood very close to all inner city attractions. The team that has this listing was super friendly, quick, and so easy with any questions/responses, very easy to work with definitely 5 stars for Benjamin Breenman! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location is the lack of noise...

"I had mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. On the plus side, the room was clean and cozy. However, the bathroom door was broken and kept opening by itself—I could even see scuff marks where past guests had used the trash can to hold it shut. More importantly, the service at the front desk was very poor. The man working there treated me quite poorly. Having lived abroad, I understood his rude remarks perfectly, which made it all the more frustrating. Despite the nice room, I wouldn't stay here again because of the service. They really need to fix both the door and their staff’s attitude."
