「We stayed one night in a property we have stayed at several years in a row for an annual event. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work. The bathtub stopper didn't work. The TV remote was a total mystery. Front desk offered to come up and help, but we were already in our PJs and did not want a stranger in the room, so no TV for us!
