The location was excellent if you need to be close to the Mayo Clinic. Half mile walking distance and only 0.1 miles to the Ronald McDonald House. Great parking. Easy entry instructions. No instructions inside the apartment regarding WiFi connections, check out procedures/expectations so had to chat with owner about these things, which they were responsive. Just some minor issues in the apartment like the TV in the bedroom wasn't plugged in and would have had to be moved the head of the bed to reach the outlet. Not sure why the bed arrangement was this way. It did not match the picture. If it had, it would have worked. The table was not cleaned off well and was sticky. The TV remote was sticky and the down volume button didn't work so I had to connect to my phone to be able to control the volume instead of being a nuisance to the neighbors. The table legs and every bar stool needs to be tightened as they are very wobbly. The bathroom lights didn't work so we chatted with the host about looking into this. It didn't get taken care of until the following morning and it was just a tripped breaker, so glad they were responsive to fixing it but we did take showers somewhat in the dark the first morning. Bed was comfortable. We were only there in the evening to sleep and then leave first thing in the morning so this was good for that. If we were planning on hanging out here for any length of time, I would have been more disappointed.
