A nice economical option in Rochester.

I have stayed at this property before. it is well run, clean, safe, comfortable and a good value. I will definitely stay again.

There is no breakfast as advertised. The manager at the front desk is extremely rude and unpleasant. He doesnt care about the guests and their needs. He only cares about you spending money on a below average stay

Very outdated and continental breakfast consisted of coffee from some ancient, probably never cleaned, coffee maker and a basket of granola bars. Place needs a thorough cleaning and re-do.

Rooms were large and had recently been renovated. Good value for visiting Mayo Clinic. They had a shuttle but we had to be there at 5:46 am so could not take it. Lots of smokers outside, but hotel cannot control that.

It said online a grab and go breakfast. That wasn't true. The bed was hard. Jay tried to help us. The front door had a bottom to open but it didn't work. They treated us well.
