Welcome to the heart of Morbihan, in Rochefort-en-Terre. This charming cottage opens its doors for relaxing holidays, in absolute tranquillity, and rejuvenating in a verdant setting, overlooking the grées of Rochefort. Located at the foot of a medieval village with numerous craftsmen, the natural environment ensures total change of scenery. You can enjoy a private pond a few minutes' walk away and join the hiking trails (including the GR38) from your cottage. Meet up with family or friends to share moments of conviviality around the barbecue, in its large garden.

It is a welcoming 140 m² house, overlooking a large garden in Rochefort-en-Terre. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). It has a garden with 40 m² of terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. You also have parking. Inside the house, you have a fireplace, an iron, a children's area, and a radio. As for the open-plan kitchen, it operates on gas and is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a fryer, a toaster, a kettle, and a citrus press. Located in a rural area, ideal for families, the rental is located at:

In the countryside of Morbihan, in Rochefort-en-Terre (elected favourite village of the French in 2016) near Vannes, nature activities and beaches are plentiful. In the Gulf, with the rhythm of the tides, you can approach the Isle of Monks or the Isle of Arz. Within a 20 km radius, set off to discover a heritage of character. The cobbled streets of the artisan village of La Gacilly and then those of Sulniac will reveal their charms.



The owners will be present to welcome you upon your arrival and departure.

During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.
