「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. 「Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip.」
