"Service was amazing, i can't complain about that (restaurant and front desk). But when i got to the room and water for shower were super cold and i was unable to turn on heater. I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. The palazzo has a range of spaces/rooms open to all but the highlight is the terrace with pool and a magnificent view to the sea. That view is only bettered by that of the Hotel's restaurants which really should be visited. "
