Eigenaars zijn zeer prettig beschikbaar en deden deels op de achtergrond maar met succes hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. "Honestly couldn’t ask for a better stay. The level of service was top notch… feels like you’re at a B&B, but with the freedom of a hotel. Situated perfectly in Sarlat… the bathrooms are super modern, while maintaining old world elegance in the rest of the room. Breakfast was that of a large hotel… The plunge pool is awesome for a break from the heat… I could go on, but you get the picture."

"What a lovely hotel to stay for a few days and explore the local area. Our room was very clean and comfortable with aircon and a minibar. The pool area was stunning and a perfect place to cool down in the recent heatwave. Christine was so welcoming and suggested different places to visit whilst we were there. Yes it’s up a hill but really not too bad to walk back up from the town if you take it steady. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarlat."

"This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. There is cafe and dinning room downstairs, which seems to attract a lot of locals. Breakfast is served in the dinning room, though I would personally rather have something to eat elsewhere. Hygiene standards in the dinning room are not what I am used to, and are somehow low."
