My room was supposedly a Premier Executive room in the “new” wing. This wing felt unfinished and very tatty. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The bed was wedged against the window - no bedside cabinets or reading lights. The shower room was smaller than a bathroom on a cruise ship - it was simply ridiculous.
I tried breakfast on the first morning, but walked away from. All that was on offer was a couple of hot dishes and coffee. Absolutely appalling.
How this hotel justifies charging what it does is absolutely disgusting. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Singapore, and one of the worst ever anywhere.
