"Good check in instructions. Is a clean semi updated finished basement with its own separate side enterance. Enterance way like a hotel hallway, multiple rooms. Not sure would call our room a suite, had queen bed, 2 folding chairs, small desk, TV but no cable/orfree channels. The mattress was very hard, only get 1 pillow per person, our bathroom was detached in the hallway though, don't think was sharing with others. The kitchenette was down the hall for all to use. "Front desk staff, housekeeping staff member were excellent and helpful. There were a couple items that were not in the family villa (Kleenex, which was promptly provided from the front desk and kettle, which we did not end up requesting for one). Unfortunately, the wifi connection was not working very well and although it was addressed and assistance was provided, the connection remained weak. Beds were comfortable and the space sufficient for a short stay. Bay view was lovely. "
