Memorial weekend trip

Second time using this property it's an excellent location less than a mile from Brimstone Road and all the trails. This unit is very nicely decorated as plenty of pots pans and utensils for cooking your breakfast and dinners.

Mossy Ridge

Good size property, nice little fire ring. We had trouble with WiFi the first night, but then it was fine. The property was FANTASTICALLY stocked. There was nothing else we could’ve needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Nice clean place to stay, sleep, ride, cook. Tenant was very nice. Left lots of snacks for the kids. Plenty of linens. Well, definitely be back if we plan to ride that area again

Great weekend stay

Excellent location if you plan on riding Brimstone. Could not have asked for a cleaner place. Very well furnished and equipped. We will definitely use this property again.

Great Stay

One of the best stays we have had anywhere. Quite area, super easy to access. Super cute and cozy. Multiple trail access within 5 min all off atv approved routes. Owners are super nice! Will definitely use this place again in the future!

Amazing Place

Myself and my 3 kids came up to ride at brimstone. We chose this place because was close to trails and affordable. The owner go over and beyond. They have everything there needed for a great stay! I was excited to see they left coffee and snacks!

Very relaxing stay at excellent property

The property is very well appointed. Great care has been taken to make sure that all of the furnishings combine to give you a relaxing, calm experience. Communications with the owner were excellent. The location is remote, and is also quiet. The owner definitely deserves a five star rating.

Brimstone Spring 2023

Very VERY clean older mobile in the perfect location for Brimstone SXS riding. Large area to pull in with trailers nicely graveled and level. The drive is steep but I made it up with my truck and 28' trailer. It was an awesome place for us to stay and worked well.

Family vacation

Virginia was an excellent host. Property was perfect location for ride in/ride out and access to trails. House was clean and had everything we needed. Virginia made sure to even leave a few snacks and treats for the kids. We will definitely be back

New Year's Eve 2022

We booked this place to ride Brimstone and TWRA North Cumberland trails to celebrate New Year's Eve. It was fantastic! We were able unload the rzrs in the pull through driveway and ride straight to the trails. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it! The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Even a crockpot that we used a couple of days. So nice to come home to a meal after riding all day. She even left snacks that were enjoyed by all of us. Virginia was very responsive and really has thought of everything. Great place to ride and hangout with friends. Will definitely be booking again!

Great Experience AGAIN!

Second visit to this property, and just like the first time, everything was wonderful. The host is the best, and she left us homemade goodies in addition to the great selection of snacks. Definitely recommend this rental.
