The property features 3 bedrooms total, of which two bedrooms are considered identical master suites with king size beds, 2 modern and stone cut bathrooms.
Conveniences also include unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet (most other rentals require a re-purchase (re-load) card after the first few days of use). Also as an added convenience is a courtesy local phone.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also within the unit so no need to send out or trips to a laundry mat for extended stays.
Life is a breeze at our retreat as the almost constant trade winds off the mountains and over the harbor blend perfectly together to provide a remarkable natural breezeway throughout the entire condo. The passageway from the terrace routes directly through the entire unit coupled with advanced windows and louvered doors to keep the fresh island breezes flowing at between 12-18 miles an hour on average. Most guests comment this is one of the best features of the property.
You can always keep your cool in our vacation retreat as we have just recently installed the highest rated central air conditioning available on the island. An ultra high efficiency, (22 seer) will keep you cool and comfortable always. The air conditioning system coupled with the modern double pain windows and sliding glass doors can bring down the temperature 8-10 degrees in under an hour. No other property can offer such comfort and efficiency.
This retreat is ideally located within easy walking distance of all activities, restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. Half-moon bay is just a quarter-mile away or a timed 6 minute short and very safe walk. Swim, snorkel or just stool along the pearl white sandy beach of world renowned Half Moon Bay in West End for a day of total delight. Shop in a vast variety of local quant stores dotting the main street of rustic West End. The local food offered in restaurants and street vendors is remarkable and we have heard over and over again by guests, "the best in the world". A world famous dive shop (Seagrape Plantation Dive Shop) is only 200 feet from the condo and offers reef diving just five minutes from the harbor for only $35 per dive. There is a nice breakfast/lunch restaurant across the street.
Your comfort and peace of mind is paramount in our commitment to you. We have installed the very best water filtration system throughout the entire condo to ensure pure drinking water even in the bathrooms and showers so there is no need to be concerned about brushing your teeth, ice from the freezer or cooking a meal with our water from the kitchen sink. We also have available a "Zero Water" pitcher in the refrigerator as an added convenience as an additional source of absolutely pure drinking water.
We have also installed a new 55 inch smart TV with a blue Ray DVD player and sound bar for the best possible quality entertainment. We have over 180 + Quality DVD and Blu-ray selections for the entire family.
Adding to your entertainment experience is unlimited Internet/Wi-Fi. No need to run down to the store and add minutes to a chip card like many other units require.
Other units also have hidden costs such as paying for your own electricity that they take out of your security deposit. Electricity is extremely expensive on the island and can cost up to $.40 a kilowatt hour. You will never receive an electric bill from us.
Our retreat has everything you would need from hair blowers to a complete kitchen inventory of utensils.
