About this property

Private Villa in Sandy Bay, One of the best areas for snorkeling on the island!

  • The waters are calm, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, diving, paddle board, or kayaking. It has a community pool and a large 2 story dock, 300 feet out over the water. This spot is popular for watching sunsets. The protected waters are abundant with sea life and boasts some of the best snorkeling on the island.

    This villa sleeps 6. It is tucked away in a quiet tropical well manicured setting, it has plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, with a very large screened in lanai and open patio with outdoor dining table for outdoor meals. The space makes this very comfortable for everyone to spread out. On the main level, the master bedroom with king size bed, with a large, private on suite bathroom. Also on this level is a large kitchen, dining and living areas.
    Upstairs there are two additional large bedrooms, and a main bathroom. There is also a bonus "crows nest office " on the 2nd floor.

    The property has the fastest most reliable wifi provided through Starlink.
    There is a back up generator that kicks on if there should ever be a power outage.

    The house has a lower 2 bedroom Casita with kitchen and separate entrance that can be rented separately that sleeps an additional 4 people.
