This gated beachfront condo with full kitchen, rainforest shower, ocean front balcony is just steps from the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The condo features a king size bed, sofa bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. Parrot Tree Plantation is a 180 acre gated Resort Community sitting on a peninsula between First and Second Bight surrounded by water, lush tropical foliage and gardens within. Design by renowned Architects House and House from San Francisco, California. This Mediterranean-Spanish Colonial style subdivision offers its residents a private beach, 320 Ft free-form pool with water-slide, 24-hour security, long nature trails for walking and hiking. Just ten minutes from some of the best restaurants and bars on the island.

Disastrous

The host didn’t communicate with me until last minute. The property is large, and none of the buildings were labeled. It took me a long time to understand where my building was located and the host was saying I would have to wait an hour for him to meet me there. I finally guessed which building it was and tried the code-I was happy it worked. It was on the third floor-not the first floor as advertised. When I entered the room it smelled horrible. I opened the patio to air it out.that is when I noticed that the picture on the wall was broken and hanging by a wire. Someone shoved the broken picture beside the TV. I tried to heat something in the microwave but it wouldn’t heat anything up. There was no Information sheet and therefore no WiFi. The towels were very old and worn. When I left there I received no information on how to check-out.
