You have an assigned parking spot that's always kept reserved using a parking barrier to prevent others from parking in your space. The barrier is controlled using a remote control.

The area is very safe and perfectly located in the middle of great restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas.

There are also many services close by like a grocery store, and laundry.
