Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned 50 m² retreat for rent, ready to welcome up to 3 guests (ideally 2 adults and 1 child under 10) in search of a relaxing break. Nestled on the ground floor, it comprises a bright 25 m² living area, an open-plan fitted kitchen where you can easily prepare Creole delicacies, a lovely bedroom where you can rest on a queen-size bed, and a shower room to wash away the salt from your adventures. You can enjoy the 150 m² private garden, a lush green oasis, where you can relax in a sun lounger, and a 24 m² terrace for al fresco breakfasts. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and a welcome drink will be provided on your arrival – because here, you’re most welcome, and we can’t wait to see you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living area with a sofa bed and TV
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, a washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron are at your disposal.

Outdoors:
