"Despite calling the room for arrival time, around midnight the room was not ready (ac in the room was not set, extremely humid in the room, and also the bathroom toilet did not flush). Asked to switch out the room, 2nd room door didnt lock, 3rd room was finally ok. Breakfast was not good. Definitely not staying here again. The room didnt feel clean. The stairs and hallway smell due to carpet or something else."
