Both the room and hallways smelled musty. The floor in our room was seriously sloping. Seemed like the room had some serious water damage in the past.

My room could have been cleaner. There was something on the floor by the AC that I couldn’t identify and didn’t want to touch. May have been insulation from the AC but IDK.
