SMOKERS BEWARE This hotel is unprofessional upon check in I was charged for an extra two nights instead of my deposit fee and on top of that upon checkout I was charged a $250 smoking fee which is ridiculous everytime I needed to smoke I stepped outside even made eye contact with the front desk people and still get charged for a smoking free ridiculous I guess since my clothes smelled like smoke it made the room smell like it but to be charged an extra fee because my clothes smelt like smoke not acceptable and on top of that the breakfast was disgusting the eggs looks hard and like plastic the break was literally rock hard the pancake machine didn’t work half the time and when I went to go use the yogurt machine a piece of the machine feel into my cup this was by far the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at and to be honest the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I would avoid this costly hotel at all cost there are much better cheaper hotels in the area like woodsprings suites!
