Beautiful home

Togetherness in time of sorrow

My family went to California to honor and celebrate the life of my older brother.My son and daughter along with their spouses and my grandbabies.This house a perfect size for us! There's a bedroom and full bath on the first floor.Everything was clean and the home was very spacious. I'd like to add ....the decor is great, can you please change the window covering so your guest can have some privacy? It wasn't the end of the world, its the streetlight beaming into my face. Again... Not a big deal just wanted them to know. Great host we felt at home.

This property is beautiful, modern, well-maintained and roomy. The homeowner/manager did not give information regarding check-in automatically by email, phone or through the booking site as usual. In fact on the day of the reservation when we reached out to get access information, there was initially some confusion about the reservation. However, with minimal investigation, the reservation was confirmed on their end as it had been on mine through Expedia and VRBO. And, the owner returned my call in a couple of hours so that we were able to check in upon our arrival to Moreno Valley after driving inland from LA. The kitchen was well stocked. And, the bedrooms were decorated nicely with matching comforters and pillow shams. But, there were no linens/sheets provided to sleep on. This may have been because the washing machine was broken and the cleaning company forgot to supply the bedding after laundering it off-site. Towels and other supplies for the bathroom were available. Overall, this property is an excellent find! The owners appear to be new at this vacation rental process and will probably become more proactive and improve communication with renters and the cleaning staff for their property in the future.
