"The only issue (which was a big one) is that they said there was an airport shuttle when I checked in, but when I went downstairs in the morning to head to the airport they said they didnt have one. I had to call an Uber and was running late for my flight."

"Nice place but I booked because they had shuttle advertised. I even called to verify. When we landed they said the shuttle was not running. We asked why and they replied only during high season. We found “after it only ran in the morning. We had a $34 uber bill."

"The host was very polite & had great communication. The home was cozy & perfect for our family of 4. "

"The condo was a great location and nice layout. However, there were issues with the cleanliness. The dishwasher smelled awful and the filter was filled with mold and was leaving debris on the dishes. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the filter and rewashed all the dishes. Additionally, the only "blankets" on the beds were the comforters. There were no spare blankets, no spare sheets or extra pillows. This was a 10 day stay and there were no cleaning supplies available to even wipe down the countertops in the kitchen or bathroom. When I contacted Vacasa on some of the issues I did receive a response, however there was no follow through by the local team. We have stayed in Vrbo locations in this area before and have not had these issues. "

"This was an amazing place to stay for a large group of friends outside of Bozeman. Everyone was very impressed with the spaciousness, layout, and cleanliness. The big backyard was the perfect place for daily and evening hangouts. We loved that this home had everything we needed for a long weekend. Host was super friendly and accommodating also. Highly recommend!"
