「Started messaging host in January in app for a March stay. Never received a response. VRBO provided the host cell number who immediately started asking me about my payment. Could never answer any property specific questions. The day of check in, no check in instructions were provided and the host did not respond to the contacts made to them by VRBO. My trip was cancelled and refunded by VRBO. 」
