"Arriving late night, I was a bit disoriented to find the entrance. Once in the room, my bad mood begin to dissolve. Not a large room, but very nice one. A lot of care was taken to assure that you are comfortable. Light, yet very warm bed to meet you after a cold Spokane night, was so nice. Bright warming lights in the bathroom, strong spacious shower, was also so good. Then, in the morning, a friendly breakfast right next-door, included. Overall, exactly what I needed. Thank you. ."

"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"

"We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."

"Room smelled like diapers and old people. Opened the door every time we walk in it smelled awful. It was clean but had just a weird smell to it. I’ve stayed here many times and was not impressed. Staff is friendly and cool and everything was great just the weird smell got to me."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for a first trip to Spokane, with Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park within walking distance."
