"We come here almost every Spring for several days, and have for at least 15 years. Some changes have disappointed us. There are no reading lamps nor easy chairs in the rooms. You sit at the small desk, on the bed, or stand up. If two people want to play cards or board games, too bad. When we asked if this would change, the answer from the manager was "NO." And now they are charging $15 a day to park! But it's 500 feet from the ocean."

The floors were dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom as well as mold on the wall. There were not enough towels and the water did not get hot; housekeeping was not open at the time of our arrival. The staff apologized and were very helpful the next day, but we were tired, frustrated, and ready to go."

"Staff was welcoming to pets but Expedia showed that the charge per pet was $25 and they charged me $50. Bathroom sick's plug wasn't working and upstairs neighbors must have been jumping on their beds. Breakfast is only coffee and breakfast bars. Bed was nice, room was clean, shower was good."

"The carpet was very dirty. The facilities are very dated. As if that wasn’t enough they charge a $100 deposit in case you smoke in the room. Perhaps a good vacuum would be a good investment. "
