「Extended Stay Hotel right next door which is a different type of clientele. They tend to hang around on the periphery of the hotel all night which made it somewhat uncomfortable to walk in the parking lot alone. During breakfast, a homeless man would come and serve himself with no shoes and extremely dirty clothing, which made it a less appealing environment for some to have breakfast in. He was never asked to leave or provided with food to eat outside of the hotel. I would have had no problem...

「New coffee station. Working on updates to the property. Staff as always was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times from 2 days to 10 for Cleveland clinic appointments. Very kind staff.」

「I stayed here because of the convenient location and it being dog friendly. The staff were very friendly. My room was clean. Parking was easy.」

「Highly recommended. Very chill spot . Will be coming back soon.」

「I partially expected Hilton quality services. However, it was motel like facilities and services. The noise from the next room and upstairs disturbed me. The exterior of the hotel was nice.」
