New and neat enough to feel nice, but not stark or sterile, it felt like a home, rather than a show house, but wasnt cluttered enough to feel lived in, just enough to get comportable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, backyard felt like a country property, wish it would have been warm enough...
